What are the clinic's opening hours?
The clinic's opening hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm.
What services does the clinic offer?
Our clinic offers a wide range of medical services, including specialist consultations, diagnostic tests, therapeutic treatments, and surgery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfer payments.
How far in advance should I book an appointment?
We recommend booking an appointment at least one week in advance to ensure your desired availability.
Services Questions
Can I cancel or change an appointment I've already booked?
If you wish to cancel or change a previously booked appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
Is there an option for home visits?
We do not currently offer home visits, but we will be happy to assist you in the clinic.
How can I contact medical personnel in an emergency?
In case of emergency, please call the emergency number listed on our website or go immediately to the nearest emergency room.
How Does Medical Tourism Work?
We are happy to offer the medical tourism package to our clients, starting with the initial conversation about the medical service needed, pickup to the airport, accommodations and medical service during the stay.
